For excellent quality and process protection, avoiding oxygen, also as trace amounts, is necessary in many technical applications. Continuous monitoring and recording of quality parameters has become more important due to the increasing adoption of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9000). The oxygen measurement module ZR5 is based on approved zirconia technology. Used for continuous measurement of oxygen concentration in industrial and laboratory gases and monitoring of protective gases. When oxygen concentration deviates from the set value, the zr5 module can monitor specific production processes under inert gases.
